Silken Tofu Mixed Berries Vegan Breakfast Smoothie

Silken Tofu Mixed Berries Banana 


Serves: 1 person
Time: 8 minutes


1 cup frozen mixed berries 
1/2 cup grapefruit juice 
1 teaspoon honey 
1 firm ripe banana
1 cup light silken tofu
1 teaspoon grated coconut
3 almonds

As always, put in blender and mix until a bit thick. Eat the smoothie with a spoon if you like yours thick.

Ingrédients

1 petit ramequin de fruits rouges congelés
1 demi verre de jus de pamplemousse
1 cuillère à café de miel
1 banane
petit ramequin de tofu soyeux
1 cuillère à café de noix de coco râpée
3 amandes

Comme d'habitude, mixez pour faire un breuvage moyennement épais. Dégustez-le à la petite cuillère.

  2. This smoothie looks so good. I never tried adding tofu to my smoothies but it's the perfect way to add a little protein to a breakfast smoothie. I look forward trying it :)
